8. Conflicts of Interest Policy
We are committed to maintaining integrity, transparency, and objectivity in all aspects of our training and assessment.
A conflict of interest arises where personal, financial, or professional interests may influence, or be perceived to influence, decisions or outcomes. All staff, trainers, and assessors are required to disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest at the earliest opportunity.
Where a conflict is identified, appropriate measures will be taken to mitigate its impact, which may include reassignment of responsibilities or independent review of assessments.
Assessment decisions are made impartially and based solely on participant performance against defined criteria. No participant will be advantaged or disadvantaged due to any personal or professional relationship.
This policy is regularly reviewed to ensure fairness, transparency, and alignment with best practice standards.
9. Complaints Policy & Procedure
We are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and take all complaints seriously. Participants are encouraged to raise concerns promptly so they can be addressed fairly and efficiently.
Complaints should be submitted in writing via email to [email protected], clearly outlining the issue. Receipt will be acknowledged within 5 working days. An impartial review will be conducted, and a response provided within 10–15 working days.
If the participant is not satisfied with the outcome, they may request a further review. We aim to resolve all complaints transparently, respectfully, and in a timely manner.
All complaints are handled confidentially and used as an opportunity to improve our programs and services.
