Trusted Global Provider of Neuroscience Based Learning and Development

FEATURED IN:

Tired of trainings and workshops that don't do much for your people?

So are we.

One big day. No repetition, no follow-up, no accountability. That format is close to the worst possible way to change a human brain — and it's been the industry standard for a century.

Brains don't change that way. They never have.

Which is why we've decided to do things differently, because we know what a brain actually needs in order to change.

The Brain Academy Method

Five stages, built around how the brain actually consolidates change.

 1. Scan — diagnose. Week 0. We map your organisation against our behavioural model — what your people's brains are responding to, what the environment is reinforcing, where the friction actually sits. You get a focused diagnostic, not a generic engagement survey. This is also where we agree, in writing, what would count as success.

2. Workshop — deliver. Week 1. Live, high-intensity, in the room. This is where the models land and the language gets shared. It is the beginning of the process, never the whole of it.

3. Coaching — apply. Weeks 2–7. Three individual sessions per participant, weekly or fortnightly, with a certified brain coach. Each one works on a real situation as it happens at work.

The spacing is not scheduling convenience. It is the active ingredient. A brain consolidates change through distributed repetition, and this is where that either happens or doesn't.

4. Consolidate — lock in. Week 8. The cohort reconvenes. What held, what didn't, and what the organisation itself needs to change so the new behaviour survives contact with Monday morning.

5. Measure — report. Week 10. A written evaluation against the outcomes agreed at Scan. Real measurement, not a satisfaction survey — you'll see exactly what moved and by how much.

What we cover

Every programme is customised for you. The topics below are where we're asked most often, but nothing here is off the shelf — we scope the content against what your organisation actually needs, and we agree how it will be measured before we start.

Every topic below runs as a group workshop or as one-to-one coaching. Same method, same measurement, same five stages — the only difference is whether you're changing a team or a person.

Not on the list? Bring us the behaviour you want changed. If it involves a human brain, we can build it

How to start?

BRAIN CHALLENGE

A shared starting point. 90 minutes.

This session shows a room how to stimulate their own brain so it gets stronger and more resilient. It runs as a live competition: questions, scoring, and a prize for whoever knows the most by the end. People argue with each other, and almost everyone leaves having discovered things they were confidently wrong about.

Ninety minutes, and a whole group starts with the same understanding and the same vocabulary.

Most organisations use it as a keynote with teeth, a kick-off before a longer programme, or a low-risk way to see how we work.

Delivered live or online. Whole departments or full company.

ORGANISATIONAL BRAIN SCAN

The diagnostic. Scoped per engagement.

Before you decide what to train, find out how your organisation actually works.

The Scan assesses your organisation against the seven psychological needs that govern how people behave at work — what is being met, what isn't, and what your people's brains are compensating for as a result. It shows you where the dysfunction sits, what it's costing you in judgement, candour and discretionary effort, and where intervening will actually change something.

Then it does the more valuable thing. The findings design the programme: which workshop, built around what, delivered to whom, with the coaching focused where it will count — and a clear, agreed answer to what we should be measuring and why.

KEYNOTE OR WORKSHOP

One hour, half-day or full-day, on any topic we cover.

One subject, one session, delivered live to a group. Useful for a team offsite, a leadership away-day, or a specific problem you already know you have.

We'll be straight with you: a standalone keynote or workshop is information. It will be excellent information, people will enjoy it.

Attached to coaching, the same content becomes transformation.

SOLO CYCLE

One person, one topic, five sessions. The full method, delivered one-to-one. Any topic from the catalogue.

Session one does what the workshop does — the mechanism, the models, the diagnosis of what's actually happening. Sessions two, three and four are spaced coaching against real situations as they arise at work. Session five consolidates: what held, what didn't, what happens next.

For the senior leader who won't sit in a cohort, the new director who needs to be effective by Q3, the high performer with one specific thing in the way.

BRAIN-BASED LEADERSHIP — flagship

Leading Yourself, Leading Others. Approx. 10 weeks.

Our full programme, and the one we'd point you to if you asked what we actually do.

Two live workshop days — the first on leading yourself, the second on leading others — followed by three individual coaching sessions per participant, spaced across the following weeks, then a consolidation session for the cohort and a written evaluation.

Cohorts of 10–14. Delivered in English, French, Dutch or Spanish. Multi-site organisations run parallel cohorts with a locally based certified brain coach in each location.

How can we help?

The more specific the better. What's happening, who it's affecting, and what you've already tried.
